Vienna, Virginia (March 30, 2009) - VirPack, the leading provider of eDelivery, document management and imaging solutions to the mortgage banking industry, is pleased to announce support of secure electronic case binder (eCB) delivery to the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

eCB delivery is provided through VirPack’s image delivery solution, Direct, and meets the requirements set forth in FHA’s Electronic Case Binder Developer’s Guide. With one-click of the mouse, the eCB is created, indexed, stacked and delivered to the appropriate FHA Home Ownership Center - thus eliminating the hassles and costs associated with preparing a paper case binder for overnight delivery.

VirPack completed end-to-end eCB testing with FHA and followed with live eCB delivery with one of its FHA lender clients, Wintrust Mortgage Corp., Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

Our first test delivery, in June 2008 succeeded without issue.
