Traditional Process

A broker originates a loan and prepares a credit package for underwriting. After making a photocopy of the credit package for record, the credit package is shipped overnight to an underwriter or lender office for approval.

VirPack Solution

With VirPack, credit packages can be faxed or scanned for electronic delivery for underwriting. Credit documents may be uniquely identified, and the entire 1003 loan application data set can be included. VirPack eliminates at least one day from the process and eliminates overnight shipping charges.
