Want to package and electronically deliver loan files for investor purchase?

Traditional Process

Existing images are printed or a photocopy of the legal (collateral) documents is made to submit for purchasing review. Once the loan is purchased, a copy package is created of the entire loan file. Loan files are shipped to an investor or to the secondary market and the copy package is stored on or off-site.

VirPack Solution

Closed loan files may be prepared, stacked, and delivered in VirPack by correspondents and lenders for investor eDelivery. Loan data can be extracted from the VirPack and uploaded into the investor’s purchasing system, where documents may be reviewed.
