VirPack Enterprise Center - Core Components

VirPack Enterprise Center runs many of its processes on dedicated server class workstations. EC implementations will require as few as two small servers to support loan production. As volumes grow, services may be split among multiple servers to support high processing volumes.

VirPack Vault provides storage management functions and tracks where and when VirPack are stored and updated on your file server, WAN or SAN.

VirPack Atlas provides indexing and query functions by integrating with loan production database to reduce duplication of data between systems. To simplify the query process, commonly used queries can be defined.

VirPack Central Services provides a set of core system-wide support functions, incorporating configuration services, access control services, and logging services.

VirPack Prep EC is used to scan documents, process XMark barcode information, automatically and manually index image and other electronic files, to create and update VirPack.

VirPack XMark Print EC integrates with loan production databases to generate XMark barcode cover and document separator sheets. XMark barcode users need not worry about barcodes that already exist on their paper documents. VirPack software will recognize the XMark and ignore the rest. We can work with your doc prep provider to incorporate XMark barcodes on their forms.

VirPack Viewer EC is the standard desktop application that provides secure access to, query of, and display of VirPack. The Viewer also incorporates capabilities to email a complete VirPack, or selected documents in a VirPack, to an email recipient right from the desktop. Users within the enterprise have immediate access to any component of the loan as soon as it is brought into the EC system.
