VirPack Enterprise Center - Features

VirPack Pooling - Pooling allows a company to organize VirPack files into logical groupings, called pools (such as Loan Production, Employee Loans, Accounting, HR, etc.). Group permissions can be administered separately for each pool, and pools can be queried independently. A single VirPack Enterprise Center system can serve a number of different departments within an organization.

Integrated Security - VirPack Enterprise Center provides an access control model for a shared corporate environment. User information, passwords, and group membership are maintained at a system-wide level by a security service that is part of VirPack Central Services.

Enhanced Indexing - VirPack files can be indexed on a variety of fields, and queries can include data from external data sources. Enterprise Center integrates with a customer's production database using a safe, view-only method that does not require edit capability.

Query Management - Administrators can define common VirPack queries at the pool level for access by members of that pool. For quick access, common queries may be defined, such as search by Loan number, Lender Name, etc.

Centralized Configuration - Configuration for all Enterprise Center components is stored in one server. System configuration is administered through a web interface to simplify management.

Centralized Logging - Logging information for all Enterprise Center components may be stored on one logging server. This allows log entries from all Enterprise Center services to be accessed through a common interface from any location on the network.
