VirPack Enterprise Center - Additional Modules

VirPack Web Access is a browser-based application designed to provide remote retrieval of VirPack content through an Internet Explorer browser. It provides secure access to the EC system allowing remote branches and third parties access to the system.

VirPack Fax integrates with off-the-shelf fax server applications, such as RightFax, to automatically route fax images into Enterprise Center.

VirPack Stand-Alone Scan is designed for the high-level production scanners, 120 pages per minute and above. All barcode and VirPack related processes are off loaded to other EC modules.

VirPack Manual Index supports the indexing of images that have been scanned without XMark barcodes (such as trailing documents) or images received from fax.

VirPack Workflow Engine routes loan documents into queues for processing, entire VirPack to particular sets of users to perform specific tasks, as well as manages the overall flow of documents in the Enterprise Center system. A "rules engine" is included.

VirPack Import extracts data for upload, reorganizes document content in the VirPack and either appends the new content to an existing VirPack or creates a new VirPack.

VirPack Exporter packages and delivers VirPack to business partners using email, FTP, or other standard protocols. It can batch VirPack for removable media such as CD-ROM or DVD for QC, audit, assignment, lien release, default management and investor delivery.

VirPack Translator renames, re-stacks and prepares documents in VirPack for export to conform to business partner's requirements.
