Key Features of the 20.2 release include:

API Expansion

  • VirPack’s expanded API offers a suite of user management focused calls designed to reduce the operational overhead required in maintaining users manually in multiple systems. VirPack’s new API allows user synchronization between systems, helping to reduce the cost of user maintenance and staff onboarding.

Data Extraction Comparison

  • VirPack’s expanded Data Extraction data comparison feature ensures data accuracy across your loan file and reduces the need to manually review data by automatically comparing VirPack loan data to extracted document data. New administrative controls allow configured VirPack data items to be associated with LoanLogic data extraction data fields. Within the View application, users may easily determine if extracted data matches VirPack loan data sourced from a system of record or Loan Operation System (LOS).

DocMagic eSign Integration

  • VirPack automatically retrieves signed documents from DocMagic’s eSign platform, facilitating the secure document exchange of sensitive borrower information and alleviating the manual processes incurred in current e-signature and e-closing processes. A robust set of user notifications apprise customers of all DocMagic eSign platform events.

Missing Document Functionality

  • VirPack’s document review feature creates a dynamic list of expected documents through business rule driven evaluation of live transaction data, reducing operational oversight, and increasing loan transparency. While usable on all loans with documents, even manually defined documents, VirPack’s Automated Document Recognition feature combined with this business rule driven feature creates a powerful solution focused on improving operations without manual intervention.
