The current iteration of VirPack offers a wide array of new features with a focus on efficiency, increased user productivity, and improved performance while leveraging a newly redesigned cross browser compliant user interface to elevate our customer experience.

New Feature Highlights
We have added popular features that include:
- A fully redesigned user interface to support Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox
- New image viewing technologies that let users view images without installing ActiveX
- Seamless view of PDF, Excel, and Word files directly within the application
- Tasking options that allow tasks to start automatically based on changes to LOS data item values, including a new polling service
- Business Rules to automatically enqueue files for delivery
Document tracking
New document tracking options reduce post closing oversight by leveraging business rules to automatically set and alert users of due and overdue documents.
Enter the “@” to Tag and Notify Users
VirPack comments are expanded to support tagging and subsequently alerting users to specific comments allowing users to be notified of pertinent comments or required actions on a VirPack.
We Listen to Customer Feedback
Thank you to our customers for helping guide development features, we do listen to your feedback! We added special attention flags, the ability to edit custom page tags directly and alerts for container due (and overdue) dates.
